The University of Turin is an Italian University established in Turin in 1404. The educational offer consists of 152 undergraduate and master’s degree courses with over 75,000 enrolled students. In the last Research Quality Assessment exercise the University of Turin ranked 3rd among the major Italian universities for research quality and 1st for Public Engagement in Italy.

The University of Turin is part of ELIXIR Italy and is strongly committed to the development of bioinformatics and modeling of biological systems with the contribution of the following Departments and Interdepartmental Centers:
