Selection
As the event venue has a maximum capacity of 100 participants, registration will be open until October 31st, and if more than 100 applications are received, a selection will be made. Applicants will be notified by November 5th, 2023, whether they will be assigned a spot or placed on a waiting list. Selected participants will receive instructions on how to proceed with payment of the €30 registration fee to confirm their participation. Participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation expenses (if any).

The ELIXIR Italy AHM and the Community workshops
The ELIXIR Italy All Hands Meeting will be an opportunity to discuss and explore Platforms and Communities, their activities and future perspectives. Our primary goal is to foster connections between ELIXIR Italy members, facilitate interactions and broaden awareness of the entire Research Infrastructure and its potential for researchers, providers and other stakeholders
The event will be followed by two parallel workshops on 28th – 29th November 2023 (lunch-to-lunch):
- ELIXIR-IT Rare Diseases Community workshop on “Analysis and collection of rare disease data: a joint effort of biomedical and bioinformatics research communities”
